After-sale service policy

Fluxer warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months after delivery to the original retail purchaser.

1. Term less Exchange and Return Conditions

1.1 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the packaging is in good condition. (Freight fees are on customer’s account)

1.2 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the product received is not complied with required one, and the packaging is in good condition. (Freight fees are on Fluxer’s account)

1.2 Product does not operate normally, and the fault is found to be with the quality upon inspection by the technician. (Freight fees are on Fluxer’s account) Remarks: For the case of return, we’ll contact customer about refund within 5 working days upon the receipt of product.

2. Compensable Service (Freight fees are on customer’s account)

Product will experience warranty void on any of the following conditions. Any cost incurred will be on customer’s account.

2.1 Damage to props resulting from overloaded flight.

2.2 Damage to props resulting from misoperation as to crash or hit etc.

2.3 Product(s) that expire(s) the warranty period.
